Life is too short to be miserable at work!
Life is short and work is a HUGE part of it.
Which means work needs to be good. No excuses.
At Human Everything, we come from a background of Anthropology and Engineering which means we apply our behavioural knowledge and problem solving skills in the world of Human Resources.
That’s a heady mix of people AND practical focused solutions, meaning we will approach any challenge with a clear head, lots of ideas and a positive outcome in mind.
Our Purpose
We envision a future with more ‘people’ people at the heart of business.
We believe that everyone has the right to a workplace where they are valued for who they are and are placed at the heart of business strategy.
Therefore, we will…
Empower and equip business leaders to be more confident in their people skills.
Be a catalyst for strengthening work communities.
Support businesses to embed positive change.
Meet the Team
Our Director of People - Lucy
Lucy delivers our workshops and is also an accredited workplace mediator.
She comes from a corporate background in HR and understands the daily challenges HR professionals and small business owners face in the workplace.
She likes to get out and see the world having lived and worked in Australia and China. Her Chinese language skills are not good - she isn’t sure what she actually ate there for nine months.
When she isn’t working she’s usually outside running somewhere or doing a jigsaw with a glass of red wine. The weather is largely responsible for either option.
Our Technical Director - Colin
Colin comes from an engineering and management background. He is our MHFA England accredited mental health first aid instructor.
His engineering brain is geared toward problem solving and the practical application of solutions.
Colin hails originally from Scotland and laments the lack of square sausage in these parts and the lack of original recipe Irn Bru (although that’s a nationwide issue).
He has been known to play the trumpet, the piano and badminton… although not at the same time.
Between them, they help organisations to embed practical and positive change.
When not working hard to help organisations create positive workplace connections, the team at Human Everything can often be found running across muddy fields or being bossed about by Edward, the office cat.
